We are actively seeking a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to oversee all aspects of property maintenance, safety and operational excellence. This is a hands£on leadership role within a high£performing team, supporting a busy, guest£focused environment.

Engineering Manager requirements:

• Experience in engineering leadership within a 4£star hotel or similar environment
• Strong technical background (HVAC£R/electrical/plumbing) with relevant training or qualifications
• Confident manager with excellent problem£solving skills and a collaborative approach
• Positive, people£focused and able to lead by example
• Comfortable working across a large, fast£paced property
