We are working with a well-established and highly regarded engineering and infrastructure contractor to assist them in hiring a Site Agent for their growing team in Scotland.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Agent to play a key role in the delivery of technically challenging projects across civil engineering and structural works, within a business known for quality, safety, and long-term investment in its people.As the Site Agent, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour on site Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards Planning and programming works in line with project requirements Liaising with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders Maintaining accurate site records, reports, and documentationThe successful applicant will be able to demonstrate: Proven experience working as a Site Agent or in a similar role within civil engineering or structural works Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and site procedures Ability to lead and motivate site teams effectively Excellent organisational and communication skills A proactive, problem-solving approach to site managementWhat''s in it for you?
