Mechanical EngineerCity of London£47,500 - £50,000 We are looking for a mechanically biased engineer to join one of the UK s leading building services providers at a prestigious, long-established site in the City of London. Our client has managed this site for many years, earning a strong reputation for delivering outstanding service and reliability. As part of a large on-site engineering team, the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, performing remedial works, and responding promptly to emergency situations to ensure the smooth operation of site services. Duties PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) and Reactive maintenance AHUs FCUs Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc). Chilled Water Systems Plumbing Sprinklers Generators Pressurisation units Generators BMS Operation Requirements Mechanically qualified to City and Guilds Level 3 or NVQ (or equivalent) Apprentice trained - desirable Building Services Maintenance experience Very Client facing Package £47,500 - £50,000 Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm) 25 days holiday Pension package Loads of Overtime Training Great opportunity to progress internally
