The Beal Group is seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency and delivering key infrastructure and systems upgrades. This is a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth and transformation of the business.Position Summary

The Operations Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing a range of strategic and tactical projects across the organisation. These include ERP/MRP implementation, facility layout changes, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to ensure successful and timely project delivery.Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage operational projects across manufacturing and business support functions.Drive the implementation of ERP systems and ensure integration with key processes.Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.Track project milestones, maintain detailed documentation, and report progress to senior management.Lead post-implementation reviews to capture learnings and optimize future initiatives.Champion continuous improvement and change management across the group.Key Skills and Experience

Proven track record in project management within a manufacturing or operational setting.Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence frameworks.Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office tools.Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

On-time and within-budget project delivery rate.Improvement in key operational metrics post-project implementation.ERP implementation success (measured by user adoption and functionality).Team and stakeholder satisfaction levels during project execution.Reduction in operational inefficiencies and cost savings achieved.
