This is a brilliant opportunity to play a key role in managing complex donor-funded grants, working closely with the Programme Finance Manager to ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and insightful donor reporting across the grant life cycle.Key Responsibilities Lead on grant management, ensuring compliance with donor requirements at every stage.Monitor programme spend, flag variances, and schedule regular grant review meetings.Maintain up-to-date internal tools and grant trackers to monitor financial performance.Support donor financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.Prepare budgets and forecasts for grant proposals and revisions.Manage sub-grant agreements, cash flow requests, and financial reporting to partners.Ensure procurement, accounting, and audit processes meet donor and internal standards.Conduct due diligence on new donors and partners.Provide support during audits and internal reviews.Willingness to travel internationally for site visits (2-3 times per year).
