The purpose of this key role is to manage one of their largest and most prestigious accounts. It will be your job to develop trusting and long lasting relationship. As the key interface between our client and this brand, portraying a high degree of professionalism, confidence and boundless energy will be of the upmost importance. With a focus on maximising revenue within this account, you must know the printing industry inside out and will have an aptitude for expanding this relationship by identifying their needs and requirements. We are looking for someone able to interpret briefs and capable of expediting necessary areas of the business. You will be a commercial thinker with boundless energy will be responsible for ensuring existing clients’ needs are met in accordance to Service Level Agreements. The successful applicant will demonstrate a proven track record in a previous Key Account Manager / Account Director role within a fast-paced high volume turnover sector.Responsibilities
Strengthen the client relationship through proactive account directorshipMaintain client satisfaction to an agreed targetActively seek to increase the services offered and increase income generatedHave an in-depth understanding of the financial status of the clientDevelop processes that help to accurately forecast up and coming workloadsContinually strengthen and forge excellent client relationships with each decision maker through proactive directorship and communicationEmploy excellent listening and probing questioning skills to fully understand the client and their industry sectorUnderstand the client’s products, services and marketing objectivesEnsure the client receives timely, high quality reportingPromote professionalism through manner, appearance and delivery and always keeping promisesQualifications / Experience
Proven track record in a Key Account Manager or Account Director role within a fast-paced, high-volume turnover sectorStrong analytical mind with the capability of foreseeing problems early and implementing suitable counter measuresAbility to interpret briefs and expedite necessary areas of the businessAbility to identify client needs and expand relationships to maximise revenueShare this job:
