We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established residential developer on a new build housing development in Higham Ferrers.

This position is available on either a permanent basis or temporary-to-permanent, offering flexibility depending on your current circumstances.

Working closely with the Site Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day running of the development, helping to ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. Requirements:

• Previous experience working on new build residential developments
• SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive approach and commitment to health & safety
