One of them is located in a lovely residential area of the city called St Peters and will support 4 Young Adults moving from residential college to their first home in the local community. About the role As a Team Leader you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service, providing support to staff and delivering high-quality, enabling care to those we support. You will assist the deputy manager in ensuring regulatory compliance. You won''t be alone in this; you''ll lead a team of Senior Support Workers and Support Workers, with additional support from other departments and your Locality Manager will also be on hand to support you.
