Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 17.00pm

Are you well versed in Supply Chain within a manufacturing or assembly-environment?-

Our client based in Saffron Walden-is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team.

As Supply Chain-Coordinator-your duties will include:

• In line with production schedules, plan, run and review MRP
• When placing orders,-Take account of BOMs, lead times, open orders-and minimum order quantities
• Indentifying supply risks
• Placing orders and following through to delivery
• Price negotiation / sourcing new suppliers
• Reporting KPIs as well as writing supply chain procedures
• Assist in improving current systems
• Being a central point of contact for suppliers
• Additiional relevant duties as required.

An ideal candidate for the Supply Chain-Coordinator will have:

• 5 years+ previous experience of supply chain within a manufacturing or assembly enviroment
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Supplier management experience
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
• A relevant supply chain degree is desirable.
