A Light Assembly Operative is a manufacturing role that involves putting together small or lightweight components into finished products. Workers primarily operate from a seated or standing workstation, using hand tools, power tools, and precise manual skill to meet production and quality targets.

• Reading Technical Diagrams:-Following blueprints, schematic drawings
• Quality Inspection:-Spotting visual defects, measuring to exact tolerances, and catching failed units.
