Position: MRF Manager Location: Nationwide Salary up to £60,000pa with benefits Are you an experienced MRF/Operations Manager and have a track record in managing profitable operations My client is one of the largest regional commercial waste management and recycling companies and seeking an Experienced MRF Manager. The role: You will have overall management of the Materials Recycling Facility, including but not limited to :- Health and Safety, static machinery and mobile plant, control, recruitment and training of direct and agency staff, sale of all recyclates, cost control to budget and variance analysis, productivity to budget and site KPI s, RDF production to off-take and contract specification, daily weekly and monthly reporting, waste input analysis, waste out quality control. The Ideal Candidate: You will be able to demonstrate proven ability to run and maintain a profitable and successful MRF. You will be able to demonstrate your commitment to health and safety in all aspects of the plant, holding qualifications in either IOSH or NEEBOSH. Experience managing a high turnover low margin operation You will be qualified to WAMITAB Level 4. You will have experience of implementing lean production/six sigma processes Capability to lead a large multinational operational team and to work effectively with people at all levels of the business.
