Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant - (Year 3)
Location: Hornchurch, London Borough of Havering

Contract Type: Full-time, long-term (potential to become permanent)
Salary: -85100 per day (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a calm, consistent, and resilient 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3 pupil wo is non verbal and displays physical behaviour.

This welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hornchurch has a supportive leadership team committed to staff wellbeing and pupil progress. They have effective systems in place, including weekly behaviour tracking and review meetings, to ensure consistent support and development for both staff and pupils.

• Experience in a similar 1:1 or SEN support role (essential).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).

• Reliable, proactive, and committed to supporting pupil wellbeing and growth
