Building Manager - London SW1 Salary: £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experienceHours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm We are seeking an experienced and proactive Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of an exclusive residential development in London, comprising private apartments. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on residential property professional who takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards, managing building operations effectively and delivering a high level of service to residents. Working closely with the building''s board and managing agent, you will take responsibility for the smooth running, security and upkeep of the development, alongside the supervision of an established concierge team providing 24-hour coverage. The successful candidate will be organised, commercially aware and confident working independently, with the initiative to identify issues, implement solutions and ensure that all aspects of the building are managed proactively. Key Responsibilities Building Operations and Maintenance Oversee the day-to-day running, maintenance and presentation of the development.
