Responsibilities

Technical Architecture:

Proven experience as a Technical Architect, operating at a SFIA 6 level.API and Gateway Expertise:

Strong experience with API Gateway enhancements, including security, routing, and technology adoption.Legacy System Modernisation:

Experience with decommissioning Legacy systems and migrating to modern technologies.Cloud Platforms:

Proficient in cloud platforms, particularly AWS.Agile Methodologies:

Proven experience working in agile environments and participating in all agile ceremonies.Technical Governance:

Experience with architectural governance processes and the ability to produce output design proposals and other technical documentationTech Stack Essentials:

proficient in:

AWS (API Gateway, S3, Lambda, VPC)JavaDB2Relational databasesNetwork Concepts (Firewalls, domains, routing)

Tech Stack Desirable:

proficient in:

OpenAPI SchemasKubernetes (high level)Spring BootJBOSS/EJB awarenessPostgresPython (again for reading code primarily)Awareness of architecture design patterns

Nice to have
