BE Recruitment Ltd are working with a manufacturing company, based in Coleshill, Birmingham. We are looking to recruit FLT drivers to join our existing team to work MONDAY-FRIDAY on a FIXED rota. In order to be considered for this role, you must have an in date FLT Counter Balanace license and a proven work history. We have IMMEDIATE starts available with hourly rates paying a basic rate of 13.43 per hour for a FLT role - plus a daily allowance off 5.50 on days and 8.60 on PM shift. Days = 13.43 + Shift Allowance = 14.17 per hourNoons = 13.43 + Shift Allowance = 14.59 per hour Benefits of the role:Hourly rateOptional overtime available (x 1 1/3 after 37 hrs)Great canteen and break out facilitiesMonday to Friday Duties will include:Working within Logistics (goods in/out)Potential training on PPT/VNA availableDriving a FLT Counterbalance (Valid Licence Required)Checking quality of vehicle partsHelping when and where required within the FactoryHours of work:We currently have 1x FLT positions available:Fixed AM Monday - Thursday 06:00 til 14:00, Friday 06:00 - 11:30Fixed PM- Monday- Thursday, 14:00 til 22:00, Friday 11:30-17:00 Optional overtime available.
