Interact with internal and external clients and oversight bodies to guarantee that customer requirements match operational implementation, stepping in when needed to address issues. Establish and maintain positive connections with collaborators and cross-functional departments, including Manufacturing and Development Services groups. Supervise validation consultants and contractors throughout the completion of site projects, tracking important metrics to guarantee performance and value for money.
