Electrician (Permanent) Key Responsibilities: Perform general property maintenance and electrical installation work. Conduct testing, inspection, and certification of distribution boards and fixed wiring installations. Install and modify electrical systems for both single-phase and three-phase equipment. Install and maintain LED lighting and emergency lighting systems. Perform repairs and corrective work on internal and external wiring systems. Diagnose wiring faults and manage electrical systems in plant rooms, including motors, pumps, and fan coil units (FCUs). Follow site plans and schematic drawings accurately. Oversee and coordinate with specialist contractors to ensure effective service delivery. Participate in seasonal shifts and on-call rotations. Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position. Knowledge and Skills: Experience as an electrician. Qualifications: Recognised CandG NVQ qualifications. BSth Edition City and Guilds qualification. CandG 2391 Inspection, Testing, and Certification of Electrical Installations, or equivalent (CandG 2394/2395). Full Clean Driving Licence.
