The service provides expert, evidence-based rehabilitation to adults with acquired brain injury and complex neurological conditions, supporting individuals to maximise independence and quality of life. This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to shape clinical standards, contribute strategically to service development, and provide expert neuropsychological input across a multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and professional leadership within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high standards of clinical governance and evidence-based practice. Deliver highly specialist neuropsychological and psychological assessments using standardised tools, structured observation and clinical interview. Formulate and implement complex psychological treatment plans for individuals with neurological, emotional and adjustment difficulties. Provide expert clinical consultation and supervision to psychologists and other clinicians.
