The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of daily financial operations and maintain strong customer relationships. Some of the key duties will include: Credit Control, exploring discrepancies, monitoring aged debt and following up on outstanding payments.Speaking daily with both internal and external teams to follow up on informationProcessing purchase invoices, sales invoices and supplier statementsComplete bank reconciliations and support with cash flow monitoringAssisting with month end routines, including accruals, prepayments and journal postingsMaintain accurate ledgers and resolving discrepanciesSupporting the preparation of management information and financial reportsGeneral finance administration, updating documentation and maintaining files.L
