Responsibilities:

-Supporting residents with their wellbeing on a day-to-day basis.

-Monitor, observe and record progress, ensuring care plans are followed effectively.

-Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care.

-Provide one to one support.

Requirements:

-Right to work in the UK
-
-Must have at least 6 months experience
-
-Must be PMVA trained
-
-Must have Mandatory health training certificate

-A valid Enhanced DBS
