Interim Warehouse Manager
Location: Uxbridge
Salary: Up to -60,000 DOE
Interim role with potential to become permanent

We''re recruiting an experienced Warehouse Manager for a leading food service business in Uxbridge.

Food warehouse experience is essential. We are looking for someone with a proven background managing warehouse operations within food service, food distribution or FMCG, who can quickly take control of a busy operation and lead from the front.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day warehouse operation

• Lead, motivate and develop warehouse teams

• Drive efficiency, productivity and continuous improvement

• Ensure food safety, health & safety and compliance standards are met

• Work closely with transport and operations to deliver excellent service

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous Warehouse Management experience in a food warehouse environment (essential)

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Knowledge of food safety and warehouse compliance

• A hands-on approach with the ability to perform in a fast-paced operation
