The firm invests in high-growth companies across enterprise software, fintech, legal technology and cybersecurity.The RoleThe Level 2 Support Engineer will join our clients London-based transatlantic service desk, supporting its mixed Windows and macOS environment. The position will act as the escalation point between first-line support, senior systems engineers and an external Mac support partner. The role is heavily weighted towards macOS and requires practical Jamf experience.Responsibilities + RequirementsResolve L2 escalations across macOS, Windows and Microsoft 365, owning incidents through to resolution or appropriate escalationAdminister the Mac estate through Jamf Pro, including policies, configuration profiles, application deployment and device complianceSupport Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune and Azure AD/Entra IDTroubleshoot hardware, software, access and connectivity issues across both operating systemsCandidates should bring 3+ years'' enterprise IT support experience, strong macOS knowledge, hands-on Jamf expertise and working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
