We’re a leading provider of electronic security systems, specialising in the installation and maintenance of CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and fire detection systems. We''re looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to become a key part of our operations team, providing first-line support to clients and engineers and ensuring the smooth running of our helpdesk.Key Responsibilities
General Office AdminAdhoc DutiesHandle incoming helpdesk enquiries via phone and email.Allocate and dispatch jobs to field engineers based on priority and availability.Monitor ongoing jobs, follow up on outstanding issues, and keep clients informed.Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding parts and job updates.Provide administrative support to the service and installations teams.What We Offer
