What you''ll be doing What You''ll Be Doing As a Quality Advisor / Engineer, you''ll work alongside project leadership, design, construction, and supply chain teams to: Support the development and implementation of quality plans, inspection and test strategies, and digital assurance systems Monitor and verify compliance with Balfour Beatty procedures, external accreditations, and industry best practices Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers, consultants, and accreditation bodies Help deliver handover documentation and quality deliverables in line with customer expectations Provide guidance to project and supply chain teams, promote continuous improvement, and contribute to a quality-driven culture Support audits, investigations, reporting, and the integration of digital tools across the project lifecycle Who we''re looking for Essential: Relevant experience in quality, operational, or technical roles within the construction or infrastructure sectors
