Role and Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner: Partner with managers across your allocated business areas to deliver the full employee lifecycle, ensuring people processes are consistently applied. Coach, support and develop managers to build confidence in leading their teams, managing performance, and applying HR policies effectively. Monitor attendance, wellbeing and engagement t
