Crone Corkill is working with an internationally renowned disputes law firm who are seeking a Personal Assistant to join their high-performing team. With expertise spanning competition, commercial, technology, environmental, consumer, and human rights law, the firm is recognised by top legal directories for excellence in multiple practice areas. The firm has a high-end feel but operates as a close knit team, with excellent staff tenure as a result. The RoleSitting in a team of six, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to two Heads of Department and the wider fee earner team, ensuring exceptional service to both internal and external clients.

The team is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a sense of humour to go with it!

Key Responsibilities:Diary and international travel managementProduce a range of documents, correspondence, and legal materialsArrange complex travel, visas, and accommodation, managing last-minute changes when required.Organise events, including invitations, RSVPs, and logistics.Conduct conflict checksSetting up meetings and taking board minutesProcessing expenses and client bills for fee earnersTriage and gatekeep external and internal calls where necessaryProvide cover for other PAs and reception duties during absences
