Duties for the role of Associate Transport Planner include:

• Lead and deliver a range of planning projects across the UK
• Oversea transport assessments, statements and supporting transport documentation
• Provide technical advice to clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Liaise with local planning authorities and highway authorities
• Mentor more junior team members and contribute to their professional development

Skills and experience for the role of Associate Transport Planner:

• Degree within Transport Planning or another related discipline
• Strong post qualification experience within a UK Transport consultancy
• Strong working knowledge of UK transport planning policy and standards
• Proficient with Junctions 11 and LinSig junction modelling software
• Fantastic report writing and analytical skills
• Experience in a previous role managing junior team members
• Ability to liaise with clients, local authorities and project teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driver''s license
