About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join a busy accountancy practice in Newport, Telford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong practice background to take ownership of accounts and management reporting for a diverse portfolio of clients. Hybrid working is available once the qualifying period has been completed. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of management accounts and financial statements for a variety of clients General accounting duties, including reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end procedures Supporting statutory accounts and tax compliance work Preparing management information and reports to help clients make informed business decisions Liaising directly with clients and providing support and advice as required Contributing to practice processes and helping maintain high standards of client service Skills and Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years experience in an accountancy practice (ideally 5+) Strong experience with general accounts and management accounts preparation Knowledge of tax compliance (personal, corporate, VAT) is highly desirable Excellent communication and client management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accountancy qualification Benefits: Hybrid working after qualifying period Opportun
