We currently have a position available for a electrician with testing abilities to assist in covering day to maintenance and EICR''s within void and tenanted flats and bungalows Salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications 38,000 - 45,000 per annum. Working hours on site will be roughly 8:00am - 4:00pm but this may vary depending on the workload for the day. Generally the properties are within Leeds, Bradford, Halifax and Huddersfield but can occasionally be slightly further afield. General scope of works: Carrying out periodic electrical tests within assisted living properties to allow the client to re let the properties and carrying out any remedial works necessary. All EICR''s will be within void properties but the reactive maintenance works will generally be occupied.
