Description

As Senior Brand Manager, you will play a key role in delivering brand strategy, supporting innovation projects and driving consumer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a guardian of brand quality across multiple consumer touchpoints.
• Developing and tracking annual marketing campaigns, ensuring delivery against key performance indicators.
• Leading innovation projects and contributing to the development of a multi-year innovation pipeline.
• Supporting new product launches and managing branded partnerships and licensing opportunities.
• Monitoring brand performance and providing recommendations to maximise growth opportunities.
• Supporting forecasting and budget planning activities.
• Partnering with R&D, packaging, commercial and external stakeholders to deliver successful initiatives.
• Supporting customer-facing teams with compelling launch plans and commercial rationale.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of execution.

Profile

The successful candidate is likely to demonstrate:

• Previous Brand Management experience within FMCG or a related consumer goods environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience delivering innovation and new product development projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Passion for consumer insight, brand building and marketing excellence.
