Behaviour MentorLocation: Northfield, Birmingham, B31Weekly Pay Rate: £500 - £525Start Date: 01/09/2026Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)Contract: Long Term to PermanentLong Term Futures are recruiting for two dedicated Behaviour Mentors to join a welcoming primary school in Northfield, Birmingham (B31), rated ''Good'' by Ofsted, from September 2026.These full-time positions involve supporting pupils across Key Stage 2 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism, ADHD, behavioural challenges and additional learning needs.With an experienced SEN team, supportive leadership and well-established intervention spaces, the school provides an excellent environment for Behaviour Mentors who are passionate about making a difference to children''s lives and helping them succeed both academically and socially.The RoleProvide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils across Key Stage 2Support children with SEMH, Autism, ADHD, behavioural needs and other additional learning needsDeliver interventions focused on emotional regulation, social skills, resilience and positive behaviourSupport pupils both inside and outside of the classroom to maximise engagement and learningAssist children with transitions, playtimes, outdoor learning and structured interventionsImplement behaviour support plans and therapeutic strategies recommended by the SENCO and external professionalsBuild positive and trusting relationships that promote confidence, ..... full job details .....
