This role involves working closely with teachers and children to provide tailored support for pupils with additional needs, ensuring they can access learning and achieve their potential.Key Responsibilities:Support children with a range of special educational needs in the classroom.Assist in delivering personalised learning activities and interventions.Encourage independence, confidence, and social skills in students.Support teachers in managing classroom activities and maintaining a positive learning environment.Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and report to teaching staff.Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to support each child''s needs.Requirements:Experience working with children with special educational needs (preferred).Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare, Education, or SEN support) are desirable but not essential.Bene
