With a strong regional presence and a trusted name in the market, they are now looking for a Sales Manager to help lead, train, and support their team across the Essex and Kent regions. The Role:This is a Sales Manager position with a focus on leadership, coaching, and operational management-not a sales role in itself. You''ll be based out of a local showroom and responsible for leading a team of field sales consultants, helping drive performance through mentoring, onboarding, and hands-on support in the field.You''ll work closely with your team to manage and qualify new leads, assist with quotes, improve customer satisfaction, and resolve issues or cancellations.
