Communications Manager
Leading tier 1 construction company operating within the building refurbishment sector are currently looking to recruit a Communications and Marketing manager to deliver both internal and external communications across the business. The role requires an understanding and appreciation of the building and construction industry and the ability to manage communications in complex, high-risk environments on projects up to 50m in value . Key Responsibilities Implement communications strategies aligned with corporate and project objectives Provide strategic communications advice to senior leaders and project teams Support business development and major bid submissions through compelling written content and messaging Lead internal communications to engage employees across projects, offices, and sites Develop content for internal channels including intranet, newsletters, Manage external communications including media relations, corporate announcements, and thought leadership Draft and approve media releases, statements, case studies, and executive speeches Work closely with project directors to manage communications with clients, communities, and government stakeholders Support community engagement and stakeholder consultation activities where required Ensure brand consistency across all communications materials Oversee content creation across digital platforms, social media, websites, and marketing collateral Support communications related to sustainabi
