You''ll work across a mix of modern and ageing equipment, using your electrical and mechanical expertise to keep high-speed automated production lines running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities Provide effective breakdown response, repairs and maintenance across machinery, equipment, services and site facilities. Carry out electrical and mechanical fault-finding, diagnostics, and repairs to minimise downtime and improve OEE. Complete planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and create new PPM schedules where needed. Install, commission and support new machinery and equipment. Read, interpret, and update electrical and mechanical engineering drawings. Liaise with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritise tasks aligned with production demands. Log all work using the site system (Shire) and ensure accurate documentation. Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and support 6S, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
