By ensuring the culinary standards remain high within the multiple outlets, you will contribute towards the excellent reputation that the establishment has already established.This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with an experienced Executive Chef, who will support with your continued career development and potential onward progression.The PersonPrevious experience as a Sous Chef within a multi-outlet high-end hotel is essential, time spent working within Events and Banqueting would be highly beneficial.An inspiring leader who will help to develop, train and help to retain a team of Chefs, working between different kitchens. The desire to positively promote the company values and work collaboratively with departmental leadership team.Sound financial awareness, proficient training in Food Safety, Health and Safety and HACCP.
