Immediate Start

• Processing high volumes of transactions across Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger.

• Supporting the team in clearing outstanding transactions and reducing backlogs.

• Processing invoices, payments and receipts accurately.

• Completing reconciliations and investigating discrepancies.

• Supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day accounting activities.

• Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant role or a similar transactional finance position.

• Confident across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Comfortable processing high volumes of transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Happy working with manual processes and resolving outstanding items.

• Able to work independently and contribute from the outset.

This role would suit an experienced Accounts Assistant who enjoys a varied, hands-on position and is comfortable joining a busy finance team where there''s plenty to get involved in.
