The position requires an uncompromising focus on Zero Harm, quality, and environmental compliance from project start through to handover.Key Responsibilities and Accountability''sSubcontractor and Direct Supervision: Supervise specialist subcontractor gangs, chair daily Short Interval Control meetings, communicate weekly programmes, and monitor resource allocation for optimal efficiency.Safety and Zero Harm: Input into Work Package Plans (WPPs), Risk Assessments/Method Statements (RAMS), and Task Briefing Sheets.
