A growing renewable energy and engineering business is looking for a Project Coordinator to become the operational hub of the company. This is a key role where you'll coordinate multiple projects, organise engineers and specialist trades, support customers, manage suppliers, and ensure everything is in place for successful project delivery.

You'll be the person who keeps all the moving parts aligned, making sure materials arrive on time, engineers know where they need to be, customers stay informed, and projects run smoothly from start to finish.

The Role

Working closely with the Directors, you'll coordinate projects involving air source heat pumps, solar PV, battery storage and renewable heating systems.

You'll work with a wide range of professional trades and contractors, including roofers, electricians, heating engineers and installation teams, ensuring projects are planned, organised and delivered efficiently.

This is a busy, varied position that would suit somebody who loves organising people, projects and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects from enquiry through to completion
• Schedule engineers, installers and specialist subcontractors
• Coordinate roofing contractors, electricians and heating engineers
• Order materials, equipment and specialist components
• Ensure deliveries arrive on site on time and in full
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, engineers and suppliers
• Keep customers updated throughout their project journey
• Manage project administration, documentation and compliance requirements
• Liaise with suppliers and coordinate deliveries
• Resolve issues proactively to keep projects on programme

About You

We're looking for someone who brings positive energy, great organisation skills and a proactive approach.

You'll be comfortable dealing with customers, suppliers, engineers and tradespeople, while remaining calm under pressure when managing multiple priorities.

Salary & Benefits

• £32,000 - £38,000 depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
