We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager, in Melton Mowbray paying circa 45,000 + to take responsibility for Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental standards across a growing manufacturing business.The Quality Manager will maintain compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and other relevant regulatory bodies, while driving continuous improvement across the business. This is a hands-on opportunity to make a genuine impact within a small and growing team.Role and Responsibilities The Quality Manage will be responsible for:Maintaining and improving Quality systems, procedures and documentation.Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, standards and certification requirements.Identifying workplace hazards and implementing measures to improve employee safety.Investigating accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.Managing internal and external quality issues and implementing effective countermeasures.Promoting a strong quality culture through Quality Assurance and continuous improvement tools.Monitoring HSE performance and using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Supporting internal and external audits and ensuring findings are addressed effectively.
