Our well-established client based in the Birmingham area are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Main duties include: Phone customers for payments Respond to customer enquiries Process payments daily Chase debt via telephone, email, and letter Raise credit notes Manage customer accounts The ideal candidate will have a position, can-do attitude. They will be experienced in Credit Control and be able to work well under pressure. This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday.
