In this role you will:• Operationally lead the delivery of Maths and English at RC and Offsite locations and premises. Delivery oversight will include those teaching on Adults/Apprenticeships/WBL/Adults/Flex and High Needs/subs and partners and some SEMH provision. This could be delivery face to face or on line.• Responsibility for the Delivery for our subs and partners (including Rotherham United Football Club), High Needs and those with SEMH.• This role will complement the Deputy for Study Programme learners.• Ensure the Maths and English curriculum is well planned, sequenced and inclusive, delivering high-quality teaching and learning which supports all our learners to achieve their qualifications and make outstanding progress.As Deputy Head of Department, you will support the work of the Head of Department for English and Maths.
