Senior Project Manager / Estimator – HVAC – Middleton, MA

Ground Floor Opportunity with growing Construction GC is expanding its plumbing division and seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager / Estimator to take the lead on current government HVAC projects. This is a high-impact role for a self-starter who can step into live jobs and contribute immediately.

Senior Project Manager / Estimator – HVAC Benefits And Compensation

Base salary between $140,000–$160,000 (target $150,000 based on experience)Discretionary bonus based on project profitabilityFull major medical insurance coverage401(k) with company contributionPaid Time Off (PTO) and Sick DaysOnsite role in Middleton, MA (not remote; in-office as needed)Strong potential for upward mobility as the company scales

Senior Project Manager / Estimator – HVAC Requirements and Qualifications

5–10+ years of HVAC construction experience in project management and estimatingDemonstrated success managing government construction projectsExpertise in Chapter 149 public bidding and estimating processesProficient with Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft ExcelMust be ready to step into existing jobs and immediately begin estimating and building project execution plans

Senior Project Manager / Estimator – HVAC Preferred Background and Skills:

Familiarity working with state and municipal agenciesAbility to lead projects independently while maintaining team collaboration and compliance standards
