Senior Finance Business Partner Pinpoint Resourcing are currently working with a growing aviation business in London to source a Senior Finance Business Partner to join them permanently. Duties Lead financial oversight of all cost categories Business partner with CEO and COO Improve reporting cycles and data integrity with Accounting, AP, and AR Enhance spend reporting across key cost areas Own budgeting and forecasting with robust scenario modelling Deliver accurate monthly reporting and variance analysis Translate operational drivers into financial KPIs Challenge cost assumptions and investment proposals Drive and track cost-saving initiatives with key stakeholders Promote cost discipline and accountability across the business Requirements: ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA qualified Proven ability to effectively use data, intelligence and evidence to create meaningful insight Experience partnering with C Suite Stakeholders Experience working in an aviation business Salary + other information: 85,000 - 95,000 + 10% bonus Hybrid working arrangement - 3 days in the office 2 days from home If you are interested in the role, please apply!
