They demonstrate commitment to their Equality Diversity and Inclusion strategy making it a work place for everyone.Report directly to the AD of Building Safety, whilst leading a high performing teamThe successful Interim Head of Building Safety will:Hold a professional Qualification or equivalent commercial /construction experience (Chartered member – CIOB/RICS)Have a thorough understanding of the Building Regulations and Fire Safety Regulations in residential buildings.Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence and persuade senior and executive management.Be analytical and experienced with report writing for executive managementEvidence of managing complex building investigations and programmes of remedial works in existing buildings with residents occupationSeniority level
