Company Leading Tech Company Job Title Software Integration Engineer Location Poole, Dorset Salary Circa £55k - £65k We have a new opportunity for a Software Integration Engineer who will be responsible for the internal software solutions, automations and integrations that connect the client billing with wider business systems, including Sage and Salesforce. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across Product and Development, Operations, Finance, Sales, Technical Support and Customer Success. The role will streamline processes, reduce manual effort and ensure data moves reliably, accurately and securely to the point of need. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Included but are not limited to) • Design and build robust integrations between internal applications. • Develop internal tools and services that support operational teams. • Create and maintain API-based and event-driven workflows. • Identify opportunities to automate business processes and materially reduce manual effort. • Build workflows using Azure Functions, Power Automate, Logic Apps, integration-platform-as-a-service tools and other appropriate technologies. • Ensure solutions meet agreed requirements and are reliable, secure and auditable. • Provide third-line technical support for internal systems. • Maintain monitoring, logging and alerting for integrations, and review and optimise data flows and performance. • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyse, document and validate ..... full job details .....
