Assistant Commercial Manager Cambridge 35,000 - 55,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Commercial Manager to join a growing technology business and play a key role in supporting commercial activity across a global customer and partner network. This is an incremental role offering the opportunity to develop your commercial career within a complex, international technology environment. Working closely with the Commercial Manager, you will support the business across contracts, commercial risk, bids, compliance and stakeholder management. The Role You will operate across a broad range of commercial activities, working with customers, partners, suppliers and internal teams. The role would suit someone who is commercially minded, intellectually curious and comfortable working with complex information and ambiguity. Key responsibilities will include: +Drafting and reviewing a range of commercial agreements, including partner agreements, NDAs, teaming agreements and software licences. +Managing a portfolio of partner agreements throughout their lifecycle, including renewals, obligations and governance. +Supporting the onboarding and due diligence of new partners. +Providing commercial support across live contracts, including contract changes, performance monitoring and risk management. +Supporting new business activity and bids, working closely with internal technical and subject matter experts.
