Work collaboratively with the larger MEPH projects division to ensure seamless delivery and alignment. Oversee labour allocation and ensure efficient deployment of resources. Maintain strong Health and Safety, quality and environmental standards across all projects. Lead quoting, design, procurement, and delivery of mechanical works. Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted representative on-site. Support and contribute positively to the wider team environment. Confidently survey and price plantrooms and associated systems.
