Working on behalf of our client, a local Social Housing provider, we are looking to recruit a Cleaner / Caretaker to work on their housing estates based in central Rochdale. Hours of work are: 7:00am - 2.45pm Mon -Fri Ideally you will have some experience in cleaning/caretaking and be available for an immediate start and a driving licence is essential. Duties: • Ensuring stairwells are kept clean, safe and free from obstructions • Sweeping and gather and remove rubbish • Litter picking • Using power washer • Keep all public areas clean and tidy Skills/Experience: Must have a current driving licence • Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial • Physically fit as the role may require lifting/moving • Punctual and reliable This role is offered on a temporary basis To apply, please send CV to Chris at The Recruitment Fix Ltd.
