The school is dedicated to providing a nurturing and supportive environment where every child is encouraged to feel valued, understood and confident in their abilities.

The school is looking to appoint a compassionate and kind SEN Learning Support Assistant on a full-time basis, with an immediate start. The successful SEN Learning Support Assistant will support children with their everyday learning, emotional wellbeing and daily routines, offering reassurance, encouragement and individual support to help them develop important life skills and independence. 

The successful SEN Learning Support Assistant will have:

• Experience supporting children with SEN, SEMH or learning difficulties is desirable

• An understanding of how to support children with additional learning and emotional needs

• A kind, caring and patient approach to working with children

• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their individual goals

• The ability to build positive and trusting relationships with children and staff

• A positive, patient and nurturing attitude
